1、 Overall specification: (1500 * 850 * 2350) mm;

Upper cabinet size: (L1500 * w850 * h1550) mm;

Working table thickness: 12.7mm solid core physical and chemical board table

Internal effective operation space (when the window is closed): 1290 * 700 * 1200;

2、 Cabinet part:

1. Cabinet combination: upper cabinet (detoxification cabinet), middle cabinet (operation table)

2. Shell: galvanized steel sheet bending forming, wall thickness of 1.2 mm, after pickling, phosphating, surface epoxy resin powder electrostatic spraying.

3. Lining board: adopt acid and alkali resistant special compact board, the thickness is 6 mm.

4. Deflector: it is made of the same material as the inner lining plate. The installation position and angle of the deflector should make the exhaust evenly distributed without dead angle, so as to ensure that gases with different specific gravity can be effectively discharged.

5. Operating table: 12.7mm solid core physicochemical board table

6. Auxiliary air inlet: it is installed under the front sealing plate of the detoxification cabinet and made of galvanized steel plate. Air supply can be provided when the window is closed.

7. When the door handle is designed, it meets the ergonomic requirements, so as to facilitate the user to pull up and down to apply force.

8. The full opening height of the regulating door is more than 760 mm (inclusive).

9. Regulating door glass: 5mm thick safety tempered glass.

10. Nylon synchronous pulley:

1) Pulley fixing seat: it is made of steel plate with thickness of more than 2mm by press forming, with double-sided clamping type

Anti drop design to ensure stability.

2) Pulley: use Ф 35mm ABS.

3) Synchronous belt: made of polyurethane (PU) + stainless steel wire skeleton, with strong tensile force and good wear resistance.

4) Transmission: when the transmission works, the teeth of the synchronous belt mesh with the teeth of the synchronous pulley to transmit motion and generate power. It has various advantages of gear transmission, chain transmission and belt transmission. Synchronous belt drive also has the advantages of accurate transmission ratio, no slip, constant speed ratio, transmission translation, shock absorption, low noise, no lubrication and no pollution.

5) Counterweight: adopt the design of left and right double counterweight box.

11. Gas collecting hood: the bottom inlet is rectangular opening, and the pipe diameter of the top outlet is about Ф 250mm, and the height of outlet connecting pipe orifice is more than 50mm (inclusive), which is convenient for the connection of air duct sleeve.

12. Lighting equipment: 5mm thick glass is set at the bottom, and a 220 V, 30 W fluorescent lamp is attached to the lampshade.
