1. Shell: galvanized steel sheet bending forming, wall thickness of 1.2 mm, surface epoxy resin powder electrostatic spraying. Waterproof and moisture resistant. The surface was treated by epoxy powder electrostatic spraying. Waterproof and moisture resistant.

2. Lining board: weishengya 5mm thick bainai board is adopted.

3. Deflector: it is made of the same material as the inner lining plate. The installation position and angle of the deflector should make the exhaust evenly distributed without dead angle, so as to ensure that gases with different specific gravity can be effectively discharged.

4. When the door handle is designed, it meets the ergonomic requirements, so as to facilitate the user to pull up and down to apply force.

The full opening height of the regulating door is more than 760 mm (inclusive).

5. Regulating door glass: 5mm thick safety tempered glass.

6. Aluminum alloy synchronous pulley:

1) Pulley fixing seat: it is made of 2mm thick (including) steel plate by press forming, with double-sided clamping anti falling design to ensure stability.

2) Pulley: use Ф It is made of 60 mm ABC plastic.

3) Synchronous belt: made of polyurethane (PU) + stainless steel wire skeleton, with strong tensile force and good wear resistance.

4) Transmission: the synchronous belt transmission device is adopted. When the transmission is working, the teeth of the synchronous belt mesh with the teeth of the synchronous belt pulley to transmit motion and generate power. It has various advantages of gear transmission, chain transmission and belt transmission. Synchronous belt drive also has the advantages of accurate transmission ratio, no slip, constant speed ratio, transmission translation, shock absorption, low noise, no lubrication and no pollution.

7. Gas collecting hood: the bottom inlet is rectangular opening, and the pipe diameter of the top outlet is about Ф 250mm, and the height of outlet connecting pipe orifice is more than 50mm (inclusive), which is convenient for the connection of air duct sleeve.

8. Lighting equipment: 5mm thick glass is set at the bottom, and a 220 V, 30 W Philips fluorescent lamp is attached to the lampshade.

9. Air volume: the average wind speed on the surface of the detoxification cabinet is 0.5m/s

10. Pressure loss: when the regulating door is fully open and the average surface wind speed is 0.5m/s, the pressure loss of the detoxification cabinet should be less than 90pa.

11. Average surface wind speed: under the condition that the regulating door is fully open and the average surface wind speed is 0.5m/s, the measured wind speed value of any surface wind speed measuring point should be between 0.5m/s ± Within 10%.
